We operate a “Roast it, Post it” policy, so roast days are Tuesdays and Thursdays and post days are Wednesdays and Friday.
We ship using Standard UK first class post.
Whilst we wholly believe “life is too short for bad coffee”, it is a consumable good and we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in anyway. This is subject to assessment by the Chief Roaster. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
