We create a roast profile that is unique for each of our coffees. Our only aim is to highlight the flavours created by the farmer.
Not everyone can afford an expensive espresso machine so we aim to ensure that all of our coffees are delicious however you brew. Our coffees are not labelled as espresso, pour-over or filter. However, drop me an email and I will offer my opinion on the best way to enjoy it.
